Usually not. Printing is only one part of the full process. Reactive typically requires pretreatment, sizing, steaming, washing and finishing. Pigment usually requires pretreatment, printing, drying and curing. High-temperature disperse requires a suitable heat-development route and finishing support. For real production projects, we recommend evaluating the investment as a complete line rather than as a standalone printer.
Routes such as reactive and high-temperature disperse may be discussed for switching after thorough tube cleaning and process re-evaluation, while pigment is usually better treated as a dedicated route. For stable long-term production, we also do not recommend frequent route switching on the same machine.
Full-shift stability usually depends on:

  • cleaning and maintenance convenience,
  • control-system maturity,
  • and a professional RIP workflow.
Yes. We support RIP software such as NEOSTAMPA and TEXPRINT, and we can provide software operation guidance as needed. On the service side, we provide online support, basic training and post-installation operation guidance. The standard machine warranty is typically 1 year. For complete production projects, we can also discuss operator training, process coordination and follow-up maintenance planning.
