Are you a DTF/DTG manufacturer or a trading company?
We design, assemble and quality-control all HEASY DTG and DTF printers in our own factory. That means stable configurations, factory-direct pricing, faster lead time and stocked spare parts for long-term support.
How stable is the machine for mass production? Can it run 8–12 hours per day?
Our DTG and DTF lines are built for factory use, not hobby printing. With proper environment and daily maintenance, they can run 8–12 hours per shift. We use industrial printheads, metal frames and closed-loop ink circulation to keep printing stable on long orders.
How much power does a complete DTF / DTG setup use?
- A 60 cm DTF printer with shaker & oven typically needs around 4–5 kW peak power when heaters are on.
- A desktop DTG printer is usually around 1–1.5 kW.
Actual consumption per day depends on your print volume and local voltage; we can share a simple ROI sheet to calculate kWh and cost per shift.
How much ink is used per T-shirt for DTF and DTG?
DTF: usually 1.5–3 ml of color + white ink depending on coverage.
DTG: light garments use mainly CMYK, dark garments add white underbase, so ink usage is higher.
We can help you test your own design and give a more accurate “ink cost per piece”.
What daily maintenance is required? Will it take a lot of time?
Daily maintenance is mainly nozzle check, light head cleaning, capping station wipe and shaking the white ink. It usually takes 10–20 minutes per day. We provide step-by-step SOP videos so your operators can follow a fixed routine.
How long does the printhead last? Are spare parts available?
Printhead life depends on ink quality, maintenance and working environment. Many customers keep the same head for 1–2 years in normal factory use. We keep critical spare parts (heads, caps, pumps, dampers, sensors) in stock and can ship quickly in case of downtime.
What environment do I need for a stable DTF/DTG production line?
We recommend a clean room with 20–28°C temperature and 40–70% humidity, plus basic ventilation for powder curing and pretreatment smell. Avoid dust, direct sunlight and strong wind on the print area; this helps nozzle stability and consistent color.
What warranty do you offer and how do you support overseas customers?
Normally we offer 1-year warranty for the machine body and lifetime online support (printhead is a consumable, not fully covered). Our engineers support you via WhatsApp/WeChat/remote tools for installation, profiling and troubleshooting. Videos and manuals are included with each machine.
Do you provide training for our operators?
Yes. Before shipment we run test prints and record the working parameters. After you receive the machine, we guide your team step-by-step: installation, RIP settings, first calibration and daily maintenance. For bigger factories, on-site training can be discussed.
What kind of garments and products can your DTF/DTG solution print?
DTF: cotton, polyester, blends, nylon, canvas, bags, caps and many tricky fabrics using heat transfer.
DTG: mainly cotton or high-cotton garments for soft hand-feel fashion, streetwear and merch.
