Yes. Shenzhen Han Leading Technology Co., Ltd. builds the machines in its Shenzhen factory and supports OEM / ODM programs across the DTF, DTG, roll-to-roll, UV, sublimation, latex and wash-label lines. The exact scope for your program is confirmed at quotation.
What lead times should we plan for?
Common confirmed DTF and DTG configurations target shipment in 7 to 15 business days after order and configuration confirmation; industrial R2R lines generally target 25 to 45 days. OEM-specific work is scheduled and confirmed at quotation.
What quality control applies to OEM units?
The same in-house process as our own brand: sheet-metal, coating and assembly under one roof, a 72-hour burn-in on every machine, and final inspection with traceable records.
What warranty and support ship with OEM machines?
The standard 12-month core-machine warranty with remote diagnostics applies. How support is delivered under your program - direct, or through your team - is agreed at quotation.
