Ink route first. Printer second.

The fibre determines the chemistry. The chemistry determines fixation, water use and finishing. We qualify that route first, then configure the printer around your fabric and sellable output.

Choose a printer by production route

Start with the format you sell. Each route leads to its model, workflow and full specifications.

Find the right printer

Start with fabric, application or method. The result narrows candidate workflows and machines; final configuration is qualified on your material.

Choose a fabric

Start with the fabric and fibre composition entering the printer.

How your production line is built and supported

Four checks that continue after the machine leaves the factory.

In-house textile-printer assembly line inside the Shenzhen factory

Built in-house

Printer assembly, color management and line qualification are coordinated in our Shenzhen factory under ISO 9001 procedures.

0.01 mm precision welded steel frame and printhead plate

Qualified before shipment

Every machine completes a 72-hour burn-in and recorded color checks before export packing.

Proprietary Ricoh printhead drive boards built and tuned in-house

Production-focused ink systems

HyCIRC™ white-ink circulation, inline degassing and saved color presets support repeatable daily output.

Process-preparation and production-line commissioning support

Commissioning and parts support

A 12-month warranty, multilingual remote support, commissioning where required and stocked common parts protect the line after installation.

Four checks before you choose a textile printer

Use the same inputs when comparing suppliers, speed claims and installed cost.

H·EASY industrial textile printer running on the production floor
  • Which material and ink route?Confirm fibre content first, then qualify reactive, disperse, acid, pigment, DTF or DTG around the required hand-feel and wash performance.
  • What is the sellable output target?Compare throughput at the same pass mode, coverage, fabric, room conditions and quality threshold, not a headline speed alone.
  • What finishing equipment is required?Include pretreatment, powdering, drying, steaming, washing or heat fixation in the line plan before comparing installed cost.
  • How will the line be supported?Confirm commissioning, operator training, warranty scope, remote diagnostics and the stocked-parts package before placing the order.

Buyer questions, answered

How wide can the HY-Series roll-to-roll printer print?
The HY-Series prints fabric from 1.8m up to 2.6m wide as standard, across the HY-1808 to HY-2632 model ladder, with a 3.2m ultra-wide class (HY-3264 / HY-3296) available as a custom, on-request configuration - so one platform covers narrow apparel rolls through wide home-textile and soft-signage work.
How fast is the HY-Series fabric printer?
HY-Series output is reported by model and pass. The product table lists 2-pass and 3-pass references; compare qualified output using the same model, fabric, ink, coverage, feathering, room conditions and sellable-quality standard.
Which inks does the HY-Series support?
The HY-Series family can be configured for reactive, disperse, acid or pigment ink. The selected chemistry and finishing line are confirmed for the target fabric; frequent ink switching is not recommended.
Does H·EASY only build roll-to-roll printers?
No. Alongside the R2R HY-Series, H·EASY builds DTF, DTG, UV-DTF, sublimation, latex and wash-label printers, all manufacturer-direct from the Shenzhen factory.
What are the lead time and warranty?
Common confirmed DTF and DTG configurations target a 7 to 15 day delivery window; industrial R2R lines generally target 25 to 45 days. Every machine carries a 12-month warranty and ships with a parts kit; common stocked replacement parts can dispatch within 48 hours once stock, destination and order details are confirmed.
