Print width: HY-1704 is 1.6 m, HY-2004 is 1.9 m. Both use four Epson i3200-A1 heads in CMYK and the same 720 × 1800 dpi resolution. The HY-2004 has a slightly higher 2-pass speed (110 m²/h vs 106 m²/h) and a larger footprint.

What is the basic sublimation process?

Print artwork onto sublimation transfer paper → heat-press at typically 185–205 °C for 40–60 s onto polyester fabric or sublimation-coated substrates. Adjust temperature and time per the fabric TDS.
