The HY-1800ML is a 1.8 m eco-latex printer for fabric printing and flexible-media production on leather, PVC, TPU and canvas, using three or four Epson i3200-A1 printheads with White, Color and OP channels plus LED curing. It serves industrial buyers managing mixed substrates and media thicknesses up to 20 mm.

HY-1800ML eco-latex overview

The HY-1800ML is a 1.8 m eco-latex printer for flexible media including leather, PU, PVC, TPU and canvas. Its one-pass white, color and OP configuration is aimed at mixed-substrate production where belt feeding and LED curing support stable handling.

For direct UV printing on rigid objects, compare the HY-7590 UV flatbed printer. For fabric fed continuously from a roll, review the HY-Series R2R textile printers.

Questions before you configure

How many printheads does the HY-1800ML have?

Two options: a 3-head layout for cost-sensitive setups or a 4-head layout for higher throughput. The 4-head configuration runs at 25 m²/h at 4-pass versus 15 m²/h on the 3-head version.

Does the HY-1800ML support white ink and varnish?

Yes. W + Color + OP can be printed in a single pass - OP refers to transparent varnish or primer channels, enabled per the production plan.

Which materials can the HY-1800ML print on?

Leather / PU, PVC sheets, TPU films, canvas and similar substrates up to 20 mm thick. Non-absorbent and low-surface-energy materials usually benefit from a dedicated primer or surface treatment per the material supplier's TDS.

How does the belt-drive feeding system help on long runs?

A high-precision belt drive combined with vacuum-belt feed keeps the substrate flat under tension, reducing skew and wrinkles. Combined with the anti-collision carriage and ink-level alarm, this keeps long runs unattended.

How much does the HY-1800ML cost?

Price depends mainly on the 3-head versus 4-head configuration (which sets throughput at 15 vs 25 m²/h at 4-pass) and your RIP and feeding options. Send your material and daily output target through the quote form, and the sales team replies with model, lead time and budget within one business day.
