Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-15
1) Who we are
Controller: the company operating this website (“we”, “us”). Its registered name and the address that handles personal data are published in the data protection contact block at the end of this page.
Site: https://heasyprinter.com
General contact: use the current form, email or phone shown on the contact page. For anything about personal data, write to the data protection contact instead - it reaches the people who can act on the request.
Address: see the contact page for the current company address.
2) Scope
This policy covers your use of our website, online forms (inquiry, download, subscribe), email interactions, and our use of cookies and similar technologies.
3) What we collect
Data you provide: name, company, role, email, phone / WhatsApp, message content, attachments, subscription preferences.
Data collected automatically: IP address, device and browser info, language, referrer / UTM parameters, on-site behavior, timestamps and status of form submissions, cookies and local-storage identifiers.
Anti-spam signals: when you submit an inquiry form we also record technical characteristics of that submission: how long the form took to complete, your browser’s time zone and language, the network your connection belongs to, and whether the email domain you gave can receive mail. We use these only to separate genuine inquiries from automated and fraudulent ones. They are never used to profile you, to make decisions about pricing, or for advertising. A submission our filters flag is still stored and reviewed by a person, and you can ask us to review any decision using the contact details in section 14.
Business data (if applicable): quotations, orders, contracts, billing and shipping details, service and support records.
Not intentionally collected: sensitive personal data and children’s data.
4) How we use your data and legal bases
- Responding to inquiries and support: pricing, technical communications, samples and demos.
- Marketing communications (with consent): product updates, event invitations, tutorials.
- Analytics and improvement: measuring performance and conversions to improve content and UX.
- Security and anti-abuse: spam / fraud prevention, audit, troubleshooting.
- Compliance and claims: record-keeping, tax / regulatory requirements, protection of rights.
5) Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential storage to operate security controls, inquiry forms and your privacy choices. With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand site use and Google Ads measurement to connect ad visits with confirmed inquiries. We do not send form fields such as your name, email, phone number or message to Google.
When no saved choice exists, Google Consent Mode defaults to denied before the Google tag loads. If you reject non-essential storage, Google may receive limited, cookieless consent and measurement signals, but analytics and advertising cookies remain disabled. You can accept, reject or change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the site footer.
Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited device and network information to protect forms from automated abuse. It is a security service, not an advertising tool.
6) How we share
We share personal data with processors only as necessary, such as:
- Hosting / CDN
- Form and email services
- CRM / marketing automation
- Google Analytics and Google Ads
- Cloudflare Turnstile for form security
- Payment and logistics (if transactions occur)
We do not sell your personal data.
7) International transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries / regions other than yours (e.g. where our servers or service providers are located). We implement appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.
8) Retention
| Data category | Retention |
|---|---|
| Site logs | 12 months |
| Inquiries and pre-sales communications | 24 months or until no longer needed after the last interaction |
| IP address recorded with an inquiry | 180 days, then erased. Inquiries confirmed as spam keep it for 365 days so it can be used to block abusive networks. The country and network operator are kept as statistics and do not identify you. |
| Contracts / orders / tax records | 7 years or as required by law |
| Marketing subscriptions | Until consent is withdrawn or 24 months of inactivity |
9) Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures (HTTPS, access controls, least-privilege, encryption and backups). However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10) Your rights
Which rights you have depends on where you are, because a different law governs each region. Exercise any of them through the data protection contact at the end of this page. We do not charge for a request, and we do not treat you differently for making one.
European Union and United Kingdom - GDPR and UK GDPR. You may request:
- Access to the data we hold about you
- Rectification of inaccurate data
- Erasure of your data
- Restriction of, or objection to, processing
- Data portability
- Withdrawal of consent, which does not affect processing already carried out on the basis of that consent
- Lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority of your country
We answer within one month of receiving the request, as Article 12(3) requires, and tell you if a complex request needs the extension that article allows.
Brazil - LGPD (Lei 13.709/2018). The LGPD applies whenever we process data collected in Brazil or offer goods and services to people in Brazil, wherever our servers are. You may request:
- Confirmation that we process your data, and access to it
- Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data
- Anonymisation, blocking or deletion of data that is unnecessary or excessive, or processed outside the law
- Portability to another provider
- Deletion of data processed on the basis of your consent
- Information about the public and private bodies we have shared data with
- Information about what happens if you refuse consent
- Withdrawal of consent, and review of a decision taken solely by automated processing
We answer a request for confirmation or access in simplified form immediately, and in full within 15 days, as Article 19 requires. You may also complain to the ANPD, the national data protection authority.
California - CCPA and CPRA. You may exercise the rights to know and access, to delete, to correct, to opt out of the “sale or sharing” of personal information, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We respond within 45 days and will tell you if we need the further 45 days the statute allows. We do not sell personal information, and an authorised agent may act for you.
Elsewhere, the rights above may not apply to you as a matter of law, but we will still act on a request for access, correction or deletion where nothing prevents us from doing so.
11) Children’s privacy
Our services target business users and are not directed to children under 16.
12) Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site or via email, and the “Last Updated” date above will be revised.
13) Language versions
This policy is published in English, Spanish and Portuguese. The Spanish and Portuguese versions are translations of the English text, and where a translation and the English disagree, the English version prevails.
That order of precedence does not narrow your rights. If a translated passage is unclear, or you think it says something different from the English, write to the data protection contact below and we will confirm the meaning in writing before you act on it. Every version carries the same “Last updated” date; a change to the English text is translated in the same update.
14) Contact us
Personal data questions, and any request under section 10, go to the data protection contact at the end of this page. That address reaches the people responsible for personal data here, and it is the channel for GDPR, LGPD and CCPA / CPRA requests alike. To help us find your records, say what you are asking for and give the email address or phone number you used to contact us.
For anything that is not about personal data - a quote, parts, support - use the contact page instead.
Address: see the contact page for the current company address.
