HY-Series
A configurable 1.8-2.6 m direct-to-fabric platform for reactive, disperse, acid and pigment production.

The HY-Series is an industrial textile printer family for roll-to-roll direct-to-fabric production, covering 1.8 m, 2.2 m and 2.6 m published widths with 8, 16, 24 or 32 Ricoh Gen6 printheads. It serves apparel, silk, sportswear and home-textile mills selecting reactive, disperse, acid or pigment ink workflows.
HY-Series direct-to-fabric overview
The HY-Series is a direct-to-fabric roll-to-roll printer family covering 1.8 m, 2.2 m and 2.6 m published widths, with a 3.2 m class available on request. Model choice depends on fabric, ink route, required width and verified sellable output rather than head count alone.
Use the HY-Series model selection guide to compare the published configurations, then review the reactive, pigment and disperse ink workflows to plan pretreatment, fixation and washing requirements.
The reactive, disperse and pigment inks supplied for this platform are listed with their packaging, storage window and the company that manufactures them.
For polyester transfer-paper production rather than direct fabric printing, compare the HY-1704 and HY-2004 sublimation printers.
Factory-direct production support
Configuration, onboarding and after-sales guidance are coordinated by the manufacturer team in Shenzhen.
Reactive cotton before and after printing
The same cotton folds and camera angle show the visible change from blank natural fabric to a saturated reactive-print application.

Before printing
Blank cotton provides the material baseline before pretreatment and direct-to-fabric printing.

After printing
The matched view visualizes color coverage after the reactive print, steam, wash and dry route.
The production system, made visible
Focused component views connect the published specification to the machine architecture. Final component configuration is confirmed on quotation.

Industrial printheads · stable tone · sharp details
- Up to 32 Ricoh Gen6 printheads (5–15 pl) with grayscale jetting and accurate drop placement.
- Published configurations span 8, 16, 24 and 32 heads across the standard model family.
- Up to 2400 DPI industrial resolution for smooth gradients and crisp micro-text.

Constant-tension web feed · auto unwind/take-up · drying
- Closed-loop constant-tension control prevents skewing and banding and improves registration.
- Automatic unwinder and take-up for long roll-to-roll jobs with stable fabric transport.
- Multi-stage IR + hot-air drying; optional 3-tier offline dryer for fast fixation and low moisture.

Documented cleaning · configuration-specific line planning
- Operator-triggered negative-pressure head cleaning supports nozzle recovery after a failed nozzle check.
- Maintenance, drying, utilities and support scope are confirmed for the selected configuration.
- Final sellable output is qualified with the intended fabric, ink route and acceptance standard.
Where this system fits production
