Inks, film and fluids for your production line

A printer is only as good as what runs through it. These are the inks, film and auxiliaries we supply under our own brands, specified by us and qualified against our own machines before they are sold alongside them.

Start from the fabric, not the ink

The ink is decided by what you print and what finishing equipment you can host. Pick the row that matches your production and it points at the right chemistry. The ink routes guide covers the reasoning in full.

What you print How it is fixed Consumable
Cotton, linen, silk and wool Wet line: pre-treat, print, steam, wash Textile Ink, 5 kg
Polyester and stretch knits Direct to fabric, heat fixation Textile Ink, 5 kg
Cotton and blends without a wet line Waterless: heat fixation only Textile Ink, 5 kg
Polyester blanks and hard surfaces Transfer paper and a heat press Hi-Q Sublimation Ink, 1 kg

How we quote a consumable

  1. 1

    You tell us the machine

Model, printhead type, and the ink currently in the path. Compatibility depends on that combination, not on the machine brand.

  2. 2

    We confirm compatibility

Including whether a changeover needs a flush. Putting a new chemistry into a path holding the old one is the fastest way to lose a set of printheads.

  3. 3

You qualify on your own fabric

Your substrate, your finishing line, your press. A demo substrate proves very little about your production.

  4. 4

    We quote freight honestly

With the dangerous-goods classification for your route confirmed first, because it changes both the cost and whether air freight is available at all.

Frequently asked questions

Whose brands are these?

Ours. The inks carry our HUEINKS brand, the maintenance fluids carry Print Liquid, and the DTF film is supplied unbranded from our own converting line. All of it is specified by us and qualified against our own machines before it is sold alongside them.

Can I buy consumables without buying a printer?

Yes. Tell us the machine model, the printhead type and the ink currently in it. Compatibility depends on that combination rather than on the machine brand alone, and an ink that suits your printhead can still be wrong for the ink already in the path.

Why are so few technical figures published here?

Because we only publish what we can point at a source for. Where our source is a packaging label, the page says so and lists what the label states. Wash fastness, viscosity, cure temperature and shelf life come from a manufacturer datasheet or a dated test, and we supply those against the exact model code and batch you would receive rather than publishing a number that may not describe your drum.

Are inks classified as dangerous goods?

It depends on the formulation and the shipping route, and it changes the freight cost and the paperwork significantly. We confirm the classification and provide the safety data sheet before an order ships rather than assuming a route is available.

Tell us what you run. We will quote what it takes.

Machine model, printhead type, monthly volume and destination country is enough to start.
