Which printer is intended for wide bedding and curtains?
The HY-2632 uses a 2.6 m web with 32 Ricoh Gen6 heads and a current 650 m²/h 2-pass reference for wide home-textile work.
Which ink should a home-textile mill choose?
Reactive suits compatible cellulosic programs, pigment suits blends or no-wash production, and disperse or sublimation suits polyester home textiles.
What is the reactive finishing chain?
Reactive production requires pretreatment, printing, steaming, washing and drying. The full wet-processing line must be included in the production plan.
Can home textiles use a no-wash route?
Yes. Pigment uses pretreatment, printing and heat fixation without washing. Suitability still needs qualification against the fabric and required hand-feel.
Is the published daily output an audited customer result?
No. The home-textile case is explicitly a representative production scenario rather than a verified named-customer result.
