Representative production scenario based on H·EASY deployment data - the customer's identity is withheld for confidentiality. Figures describe this machine configuration; actual results depend on fabric, coverage, pass mode and the acceptance standard.
A home-textile producer adopted a double-lane reactive setup for repeat-driven orders, combining digital flexibility with production-scale output for bedding and decorative fabric programs.
Running two lanes across the platform lets the producer keep digital’s short-run flexibility while reaching the volumes repeat-driven bedding and decorative work demand - reference output on this configuration is about 20,000 m/day. Reactive stays the route of choice here for the wash fastness and soft hand feel that home-textile export programs expect on cellulosic fabric.

1.8m to 2.6m standard R2R printers (3.2m HY-3264/HY-3296 on request), 8 to 96 Ricoh Gen6 heads and model-specific 2-pass / 3-pass references for silk, cotton, polyester and home textiles.
