DTF Inks - CMYK + High-Opacity White are a textile printer consumable set for Direct-to-Film transfer production, combining CMYK with a dense white underbase for HY-401 and HY-702 workflows. They serve garment decorators qualifying matched PET film, hot-melt powder and curing settings for cotton, polyester, blends and dark garments.

DTF ink qualification overview

These CMYK and white DTF inks are intended for a qualified ink, film and powder workflow on the HY-401 and HY-702. Buyers should test the complete consumables stack on their production fabrics before committing to volume, because film coating, powder, curing and heat-press settings all affect transfer quality.

Ink and other consumables sit outside the machine warranty; the current support coverage explains the service boundary and the checks to confirm before ordering.

The rest of the consumables range - reactive, disperse, pigment and sublimation inks, DTF transfer film and maintenance fluids - is listed under consumables, where each item states the brand it carries and the company that manufactures it.

Questions before you configure

Why a high-opacity white?

A high-opacity white underbase produces denser coverage on dark fabrics with fewer passes, reducing ink consumption and improving print sharpness on the same machine.

Which printers are these DTF inks intended for?

They are intended for CMYK + White DTF workflows such as the HY-401 30 cm printer and HY-702 60 cm production printer. Confirm printhead, damper and ink-path compatibility before switching from another ink set.

Do I need matched film and powder?

Yes. DTF ink performance depends on the full stack: PET film coating, white-ink density, powder particle size, curing window and heat-press settings. Qualify ink, film and powder together before production.

Can I request the ink datasheet?

Yes. Contact the consumables team with your printer model, printhead type and target fabric to receive the current datasheet and recommended workflow for your configuration.
